Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Orders placed before 3 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. After 3 PM or on weekends, they ship the next business day. Zelle orders ship within 1-2 hours of confirmed payment.
• USPS Ground Advantage is free on every order, with a typical 5-9 business day delivery window depending on distance from Florida.
• Faster paid options at checkout: UPS / FedEx 2-Day and UPS / FedEx Overnight. We pick the cheapest carrier for each rate quoted.
• We ship within the United States only. Tracking number is emailed when the label is generated.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package arrives damaged or never shows up after 14 business days, email cannoncapital87@gmail.com with your order number. For damage claims, please include photos of the outer packaging and the affected items. We'll either replace the product (if available) or refund you.

Returns

Because all products are factory-sealed and the integrity of the seal is part of what you're paying for, we accept returns only if:

• The product arrives damaged or with a compromised seal (claim within 7 days of delivery), or
• The wrong product was shipped (claim within 7 days of delivery).

We do notaccept returns for product that has been opened or has a broken seal. Buyer's remorse / change-of-mind returns are evaluated case by case — email us before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method (Stripe card / ACH / Zelle) within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. Card refunds typically clear in 5-10 business days; ACH and Zelle refunds typically same-day to 3 days.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax is collected on orders shipping to Florida addresses. Cannon Capital 87 does not have tax nexus in any other state, so orders shipping outside Florida have no sales tax added.
