What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Name, email address, and shipping address
• Payment details — handled directly by Stripe (cards, ACH); we never see your card number
• Account password — stored hashed via Supabase Auth; we cannot read your password
• Order history and shipping tracking numbers

How we use it

• Fulfilling your orders and communicating shipping updates
• Providing customer support
• Calculating shipping rates (we send your destination zip and weight to EasyPost; we don't share your name or address)
• Sending you transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking, item-request replies)

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your information to third parties
• We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in
• We don't use your data to target ads

Service providers we use

These vendors process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payments
• Supabase — accounts and order database
• Vercel — site hosting
• EasyPost — real-time shipping rate quotes
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI-generated product descriptions (no customer data sent)

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie via Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Your rights

Email cannoncapital87@gmail.com to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Have your account and order history deleted (we'll keep records required by tax law for the minimum period)
• Correct any incorrect information
• Opt out of any future marketing emails (we don't send them by default)

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top and email existing customers.
